Chinatown Soup is pleased to present Beyond Physicality, an interactive, digital art experience by the dArt collective on view April 10-16, 2023. Please join us for an evening reception on Wednesday, April 12th, from 6-8 pm.

dArt is an artistic development collective built to foster mixed reality and associated discoveries. The project leverages state-of-the-art technologies to create immersive, multi-sensory experiences. It aims to unlock a new medium for artists grounded in our age of communal ingenuity and experimentation.

This pop-up showcases work from Art Blocks artists 0xphiiil, Darien Brito, Aaron Penne, and Boreta in the context of a mixed (virtual) reality experience. Physical elements of the gallery are integrated with generative art pieces through a passthrough VR headset. Visitors are invited to try on a headset and connect with visual art in a novel, tactile way.
