Like two comets destined to collide, the duo merged their worlds of art, spirituality, and design to create a living treasure box. Their latest collaboration, Strange Boutique, offers a radically different shopping experience from the e-commerce platforms and fast-fashion chains that make up the mainstream. Here, jungle jazz, fine Chinese teas, and an unexpected mix of objets d'art invite those seeking something rather unique.

Strange Boutique began online as a recurring limited drop from Julia’s personal collection, reflecting her years as a researcher, buyer, and stylist at Ralph Lauren and Prada. Today, it features one-of-a-kind pieces spanning the Victorian era, mid-century designer, Y2K, and Americana as well as local contemporary reworked vintage garments. The collection is complemented by an assortment of original artworks and prints, earth-borne home goods, precious metals and gems, occult curios, and natural textiles, sourced from around the globe or handmade by a close community of artisanal friends. 

Shop hours are 2–7 pm, Wed–Sat, or by appointment.
