Each adjective and phrase was lifted from a Word Cloud fed clickbait reporting, hyper-specific think pieces, and blogger screeds published in 2022 about our micro-neighborhood.

This statement is rendered on an asphalt gray backdrop with muted safety green text and imagery that references the crossing guard we never had, locating Dimes Square in the milieu of its built urban environs while acknowledging the good old days when money didn't buy pedestrian safety (or a local underground newspaper or a major network reality show).
